Full-Time · Pasig City · On-Site · ₱45,000 / month → ₱55,000–60,000 confirmed
You will be named Acting Chief Pharmacist and if you perform within six months, you will be confirmed as permanent Chief Pharmacist of one of the most ambitious compounding pharmacy in the country.
The role
As Acting Chief Pharmacist, you carry the regulatory accountability for ObraRx from Day 1. Your name is on the LTO application. You sign the batch records. You stand beside the Regulatory & QA Pharmacist during pre-licensing inspection and answer the hard questions. You are also a working pharmacist — you compound inside the ISO 7 cleanroom every day, set the standard for aseptic technique, and train the team that comes after you.
At Month 6, your performance is reviewed against pre-defined criteria — LTO outcomes, compounding accuracy, deviation handling, team leadership, and operational discipline. Successful confirmation means promotion to permanent Pharmacist-in-Charge with expanded signing authority, expanded compensation, and a long-term role in scaling ObraRx across Southeast Asia.
What you will do
- Serve as the named Pharmacist-in-Charge on ObraRx's LTO application and minor variation filing
- Compound sterile injectable medications inside the ISO 7 cleanroom under the highest standard of aseptic technique
- Sign and review every batch record. Own batch release decisions. Halt production when standards are not met, without exception
- Lead the daily operating rhythm of the cleanroom — gowning, environmental monitoring, line clearance, batch execution, cleaning, shutdown
- Stand alongside the Regulatory & QA Pharmacist during PH FDA pre-licensing inspection
- Train, supervise, and mentor sterile compounding pharmacists and pharmacy technicians
- Lead deviation investigations alongside the Regulatory & QA Pharmacist. Own CAPA execution on the operations side
- Co-own the Master Formula Record library with the Regulatory & QA Pharmacist and our US 503B compounding consultants
- Maintain the day-to-day discipline that keeps ObraRx inspection-ready, every day
What we're looking for
- PRC-licensed pharmacist (RPh) in good standing, with a valid Professional Tax Receipt — non-negotiable
- Five or more years of professional pharmacy experience, with at least two years in sterile compounding, IV admixture, oncology compounding, or hospital pharmacy with cleanroom exposure
- Demonstrated experience signing as PIC, or signing batch records under a PIC, in a regulated environment
