Full-Time · Pasig City · On-Site · ₱22,000 – ₱28,000 / month
You will be the backbone of cleanroom operations — supporting the pharmacists, owning the cleaning and monitoring discipline, and running the labeling, packaging, and cold chain handoff that gets medication to patients safely.
The role
The Pharmacy Technician / Aseptic Operator is the operational backbone of the ObraRx cleanroom. You support the pharmacists during compounding, own environmental monitoring sampling, run cleaning and sanitization on schedule, manage labeling and packaging post-batch, and coordinate cold-chain handoff to logistics. You are not compounding or signing batch records — that is the pharmacist's role — but everything around the compounding event runs through you.
This is a high-trust, high-discipline role. The pharmacist's hands are clean because yours kept the room clean. The batch record is complete because yours was filled in correctly. We will train you on USP <797>, gowning, environmental monitoring, and aseptic support — but you bring the discipline, the attention to detail, and the willingness to do the work right every single time.
What you will do
- Support the pharmacist during sterile compounding — material staging, gowning support, line clearance, real-time documentation
- Perform environmental monitoring sampling on the schedule defined by SOP
- Execute cleaning and sanitization of the cleanroom, anteroom, BSC, and LAF on the daily, weekly, and monthly schedule
- Manage labeling, secondary packaging, and cold-chain packaging of finished products
- Maintain cold-chain integrity — refrigerator temperature logs, transport packaging, handoff to courier
- Receive incoming materials, verify against PO and Certificate of Analysis, log into inventory
- Maintain consumable inventory — gowning, cleaning supplies, vials, syringes, packaging
- Complete batch record clerical work as instructed — never replacing the pharmacist's signature, always supporting it
- Maintain calibration and PM logs for refrigerators, particle counters, balances, and supporting equipment
What we're looking for
- Pharmacy Technician background, BS Pharmacy graduate without licensure, or BS Biology / BS Medical Technology / Nursing background with strong laboratory or cleanroom exposure
- One or more years of experience in a hospital pharmacy, IV admixture room, sterile preparation environment, microbiology lab, or pharmaceutical manufacturing setting
- Disciplined, methodical, and patient. Cleanroom work rewards consistency, not speed
